Following on from the Prime Minister’s statement on March 23rd and the advice from the governing bodies in our profession our office is now closed to the public with immediate effect. No face-to-face appointments will be available.
We will be working from home and we will continue to be available via phone and email. The standard office number is being redirected so you do not need a different number in order to reach us.

We’re now no longer able to arrange viewings, valuations, take-ons, inspections, check-ins, check-outs. However, we will strive to keep interest coming in on your property if you are listed with us.
If you would like to register your interest in a property that we are advertising please don’t hesitate to get in touch, and we will then contact you to arrange a viewing as soon as is practicable.
If you are looking to list your property, whilst we aren’t able to come out and see you, we are still available to speak to and help you get everything ready for when we are able to operate as normal.
The Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Goverment (MHCLG) has confirmed that all estate agency and lettings agency business is defined as “non-essential” and so unfortunately, until circumstances change, these new measures will be in place.
Whilst our office isn’t open we are still available over the phone or via email Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm with email being the preferred method of contact for a quicker response. However we will no longer be open on Saturdays until these stringent measures are relaxed. This allows our team to help vulnerable family, friends, neighbours and our community in these difficult times.
